Strength and independence for years ahead

Personal training for seniors

Age is not a reason to avoid strength training. It is one of the strongest reasons to begin — calmly, methodically and with full supervision.

With age, unused strength, balance and confidence decline. Proper training helps with stairs, shopping, walking and maintaining independence.

We do not begin with heavy barbells. Early exercises resemble daily tasks such as standing from a chair, reaching and carrying, then progress gradually.

Common questions from seniors

Is it too late after sixty or seventy?

No. Strength can improve at any age when the programme matches your health.

Can I train with chronic conditions?

It depends on the condition. Where medical clearance is needed, we establish that before training.

Can I train with my spouse?

Yes. Loads and exercises can be adjusted separately in a duo session.
